Join us Saturday, March 16th for some fun with the family and some close to home trout fishing. We invite all supporters, their families, and their children to join us from 10AM – 2PM as we close out the trout pond for this season.
We’ll have fly casting demonstrations and hands on lessons available as well as a few spare fly rods. The Gardens Park Pond at LaFortune Park is a great way to introduce a youngster to fly fishing. All Oklahoma fishing regulations apply and anyone over 16 years of age must have an Oklahoma fishing license.
Lunch will be available to all OKTU/TFF members and their families at no cost. Non-members can enjoy lunch for a small donation. We’ll have hot dogs, chips, snacks and soft drinks available.
The Tulsa Trout Pond is located on the corner of
51st & Hudson in Tulsa. Parking is available at the library and in the LaFortune Gardens Park parking lot adjacent to the pond. Enter off 51st street. We hope to see you there!
